Why Is My Listing Inactive?
Here are some of the most common reasons you may not be able to locate a listing which was previously active in your shop:
Your listing expired
A listing stays active for twelve months. If your listing doesn’t sell during that time, and you haven’t set it to automatically renew, it expires.Â
To find your expired listing:
- 1. On Osbisy.com, click the Your Account, then click Go to Vendor Dashboard.Â
- 2. Click Products.Â
- 3. Under Listings Status, you can see the listings whether it’s online or Draft, and also on the top of the product page you can see how many products you can add more or not.
- 4. if you subscription pack expires, Click Subscription.
When you list a new item, it’s set to automatically counts how many products you can add more. If you prefer, you can select Manual as your renewal setting while creating, editing, or renewing a listing, or selecting multiple listings and choosing Switch Plan. Learn more about renewing expired listings.Â

It's possible you deactivated the listing
Double check your inactive items:
- 1. On Osbisy.com, click the Your Account, then click Go to Vendor Dashboard.Â
- 2. Click Products.Â
- 3. Under Listings Status, check if the product is on Draft status and then change to Online status, learn more how to reactivate a listing.

The item sold out
Check if your item sold out:
- 1. On Osbisy.com, click the Your Account, then click Go to Vendor Dashboard.Â
- 2. Click Orders. You can find sold out listings in your Sold orders.
If you have more of an item stocked, you can renew your sold out listing.

Osbisy may have removed the listing for violating site policy
If a listing violates Osbisy’s policies, we may remove it.
Check your email inbox for a message from Osbisy. If you’re unable to locate an email about your listing, check your spam or junk mail. If you can’t find a relevant email, or the email you received is from [email protected], get in touch with Osbisy Support by clicking Contact support at the bottom of this page
