How to Reopen Your Accou
To reopen a closed account on Osbisy, click Reopen your account and enter the email address associated with the closed account:
You’ll receive an email from Osbisy with a link to reopen your account. Click the link to reopen your account.

If you don’t receive the email:

- – If you’re using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.

If your account was suspended by Osbisy
Check your email inbox for a notice about your account suspension. If you’re unable to locate an email about your suspended account, check your spam or junk mail.
Respond directly to the email you received.
If you can’t find a relevant email, or the email you received is from [email protected], get in touch with Osbisy Support by clicking Contact support at the bottom of this page.
