How to Cancel an Order

To cancel a purchase on Osbisy:

  1. 1. Sign in to Osbisy.com.
  2. 2. Click the Your Account icon.
  3. 3. Click Orders. 
  4. 4. Find the order you want to cancel.
  5. 5. Click Contact The Shop.
  6. 6. Request that the seller cancel the order and click Send.

Accepting your request is up to the individual seller. Submitting a cancellation request doesn’t automatically cancel your order.

All items on Osbisy.com are sold by independent sellers. Each seller has their own set of policies that you can find on their shop homepage. Check the shop’s homepage to see their cancellation policy. 

 

 

How to cancel a purchase without an Osbisy account

You can contact the seller by replying to the receipt email you received when you placed your order. Request that the seller cancel your order. The email receipt is from [email protected].

Accepting your request is up to the individual seller. Submitting a cancellation request doesn’t automatically cancel your order.

If you want to create an account and cancel your order, find the receipt that was emailed to you after purchase. Click the order number, and you’ll be taken to Osbisy.com where you’ll be prompted to create an account. Then, follow the instructions to cancel your order.
