Osbisy Subscriptions Packages
 We know that Osbisy is a not a one-size-fits-all platform. Osbisy’s optional monthly Subscription package gives sellers access to a suite of tools designed to take their shop to the next level.
Plans & Features
Osbisy offers multiple paid subscription plan: Osbisy Subscription packages. When a seller joins Osbisy, they automatically have access to Osbisy Service, a suite of tools and capabilities. Signing up for Osbisy Subscription, with additional features, is completely optional.Â
Osbisy Subscription
Osbisy subscription provides you varies services with tools to jump-start growth for those who want to take their shop to the next level. These features and perks come bundled together for subscribers:
- A monthly budget of credits for listings and Osbisy Ads
- Access to a discount on a custom web address for your Osbisy shop
- Restock requests for shoppers interested in your items that have sold out
- Advanced shop customization options
- Access to discounts on custom packaging and promotional material.

Pricing
Osbisy Pack: From GBP £0.00/month to £14.99.
Note: Pricing is billed in GBP, so the amount in your currency may vary based on changes in the exchange rate. Also, depending on your business status and location, we may be required to charge tax, such as sales tax or VAT on your seller fees, including your Osbisy subscription fee. You can learn more about VAT on seller fees in this Help article.
Billing
You will see an immediate fee applied to your Osbisy statement as soon as you sign up for Osbisy subscription. These plans are billed on a monthly basis.
While subscribed, you’ll normally be billed on the same calendar day every month. For example, if you sign up on the 12th of a particular month, you’ll be billed on that same calendar day each successive month as long as you remain subscribed.
However, if that calendar day isn’t in a given month, you’ll be billed on the last day of that month (e.g., if you sign up on January 30, you’ll be billed the next month on February 28).
To view your Osbisy Statement, go to Go to Vendor Dashboard > Payment Methods .
Changing your Subscription
You can upgrade or downgrade your Osbisy Subscription plan at any time.
If you upgrade from Osbisy Subscription basic to the next level, your 30-day subscription cycle begins on the day you subscribe.
If you downgrade your Osbisy Subscription plan mid-cycle, you’ll still have access to the effective plan’s tools until the end of the current subscription cycle. After the plan ends, you’ll be reverted back to the tooling availability for your newly chosen Osbisy subscription plan.
To make changes to your subscription plan, go to Shop Manager > Settings > Your Subscription.

Will subscriptions impact how my listings appear in search?
No, paid subscriptions will not influence how your listings appear in search. For search, we continue to focus on showing buyers the items that are most relevant to them.

Is there a limit to how often I can subscribe and unsubscribe from a subscription package?
No, there is no limit on subscribing or unsubscribing. If you change your mind about a subscription package, you’re welcome to downgrade or upgrade your subscription at any time. Keep in mind, when downgrading your subscription, you’ll have access to the features through the remainder of your subscription cycle.
Are the subscription packages going to ever change?
The subscription packages will continue to evolve over time so that we may offer you new features to help grow and manage your business. We’ll be sure to announce any major changes to the subscription packages and their offerings.
Can I try out a subscription package for less than a month?
No. Once you’ve subscribed to a package, although you’re welcome to unsubscribe at any time, you’ll have the remaining subscription cycle’s perks and features until the end of your effective subscription cycle.
