How to Manage Your Shop Photos and Banners
There are several images you can add to your shop to customize it. These include your Shop Banner and Shop Owner Photo.

Shop Banners
Shop Banners are the largest branding asset for your shop. This image appears when shoppers view your shop on the standard view of the website as well as on mobile devices. All sellers have the option of either a Mini or Big Banner.Â
To manage your shop banners:
- On Osbisy.com, click My Account.
- Click Go to Vendor DashboardÂ
- Click SettingsÂ
- Click Upload Banner on the top of the page.
- Click Choose files or Media Library to locate the banner you want.
- Select the type of banner you want to use and click Select and Crop. if you’re happy the way banner will be displayed, you may click Skip cropping, if not you can adjust it. once you have done, click Crop image to upload the banner.
- Finally, when you’re done, click Update settings.

Shop or Brand Icon
your shop icon will be the most prominent branding on your shop homepage. Doing this moves your listings higher on the page.
To edit or add a shop icon:
- On Osbisy.com, click My Account.
- Click  Go To Vendor Dashboard.
- Click Settings.
- On Picture Profile, Click Upload Photo.Â
- When you’re done, click Update Settings.
- Click Upload files or Media Library to locate the image file on your computer.
- Select an image to use and then Click Select and Crop. Make sure the image is adjusted, once you’re happy click Crop to upload the image.Â
- Finally when you’re done, click Update Settings.
A good shop icon should:Â
- Reflect your shop’s personalityÂ
- Look good both big and smallÂ
- Use simple graphics or illustrationsÂ
- Keep any text short and easy to readÂ
- Avoid long words or busy backgrounds

Shop Owner Photo
Your profile photo appears as your Shop Owner image on your public shop homepage and in Conversations threads.
To upload a profile photo:
- On Osbisy.com, click My Account.
- Click  Go To Vendor Dashboard.
- Click Settings.
- On Picture Profile, Click Upload Photo.Â
- When you’re done, click Update Settings.
- Click Upload files or Media Library to locate the image file on your computer.
- Select an image to use and then Click Select and Crop. Make sure the image is adjusted, once you’re happy click Crop to upload the image.Â
- Finally when you’re done, click Update Settings.
Since the Osbisy marketplace is all about creative people, a good profile photo should:
- Be a photo of yourself, such as a close-up or a headshotÂ
- Use bright or natural lightingÂ
- Avoid distant, unclear images
