The Listings Section of Shop Manager
Adding and editing a listing
To list an item in your Osbisy shop:
- On Osbisy.com, click the Your Account, then click Go to Vendor Dashboard.Â
- Click Products. If you’re a new seller, click Your shop.
- Click Add new product.
- Enter your listing’s info and click Save Product as draft or Publish at the bottom right.
Bulk edit options
You can edit multiple listings at once in the following sections:
- Shipping and TaxÂ
- Store SEO
- Discount Options
- Renewal Subscription optionsÂ
- Tags
- Titles
- PricesÂ
- Short descriptions
- Store Settings
- Addons
- Coupons
Note: If you have variations enabled for any listings, you won’t be able to bulk edit quantity. If you need to modify the quantity, please edit the individual listing outside of the bulk edit tool.

Quick edit tool
The Quick edit button allows you to make sweeping edits to the following:
- Titles
- TagsÂ
- Price
- StatusÂ
- QuantityÂ
- ShippingÂ
- Product categoriesÂ
If you’re editing the same section – such as quantity on multiple listings – you can continuously hit Enter to move down the page. Note that filtering and sorting should be done before you open the Quick edit tool.
Note: The Quick edit tool will not be available for listings that have price or quantity set at the variation level. To make these changes, exit Quick edit mode and then click on the individual listing.
Editing your thumbnail photo
Your thumbnail photo is the photo that buyers see in your shop home, in Search results, and in various other places on Osbisy.
You can modify your thumbnail by cropping the original image, or adjusting the thumbnail without affecting the original image size.
To adjust this image to your liking, click Adjust Thumbnail below your primary photo while creating or editing a listing. You have the option to magnify the image and manipulate its position within the square.

Sharing a listing
You can share a listing by manually copying the listing URL, or by automatically sharing it to different social media channels.
To share an individual listing, go to the gear menu and click Share. You’ll have the ability to share your listing on Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter.
To manually share your listing, copy the listing URL at the bottom of the overlay.

Featuring items
Featuring items are displayed at the top of your public shop in the Featured row. Feature and unfeature items by clicking the star.
You can also filter by featured items by ticking the Featured Listings box in the sidebar.

Rearranging featured items
- Click Products and select filter next to select categories and then click filter. You’ll see lists that includes items that it’s chosen to feature.
We’ll only display four featured listings at a time in your shop, but you’re welcome to star as many as you like. As one of the four featured items sells out, one of the other items below will move up to take its place.
