How to List a Digital Item in Your Osbisy Shop
Digital items are items that the buyer can download immediately. Listing a digital item is similar to listing any other item on Osbisy.
Follow the instructions to list an item on Osbisy and Select Downloadable under Product Type, if it was a Simple product type or if it was a Variable product type, scroll down and then select Downloadable under Add variation. The only additional step for listing a digital item is to add files to your listing.

How to add files to your digital listing
When listing a digital item, you’ll need to upload the files that the buyer is purchasing. You can upload up to five digital files. The maximum size for each file is 20MB. We currently support the following file types:
Audio
- .mpeg
- .mp3
Image
- .gif
- .jpeg
- .png
- .tiff
- .bmp
Text
- .txt
Uploaded files will appear in a list with their names, file sizes, and upload dates. The file names you see will be the same ones your buyers see. We don’t have a way of editing the name after uploading, so be sure to name your files appropriately first.
File names are limited to 70 alphanumeric characters, periods, underscores, or hyphens.
Add a note for buyers
You can add a note for buyers that will apply to all digital listings purchased from your shop. After a purchase, a buyer can see the note on their Downloads page.
How to remove a file
If you want to remove a file, click the Delete next to its listing under Action. You can remove files at any time or if you want to delete the list, click Delete Permanently.Â
